BEDMINSTER, N.J.-Verizon Wireless is encouraging people to visit its Web site and give their opinions about the responsible use of wireless phones while driving.
The online survey is scheduled to run until May 15, with the results announced during Wireless Safety Week May 21-28.
Verizon Wireless also announced plans to set a customer service industry standard, including a money back guarantee on all wireless equipment and the option of changing plans if customers are not satisfied, without paying penalties or fees.
