PARIS—Alcatel has signed a memorandum of understanding with Intrinsic Technology to set up a complete end-to-end mobile infrastructure in China for advanced data services.
“The market for data services, even in these early days, is experiencing explosive user base and revenue growth,” said Wu Jun, chief executive officer of Intrinsic.
