MOUNTAIN VIEW, California, United States—In an effort to offer businesses a seamless messaging and billing service, MobileSys is adding TSI Telecommunication Services’ short message service (SMS) manager technology to its data platform. The companies said the platform will allow business users to send SMS messages, regardless of their wireless carrier’s geography or transmission technology.
The service will allow workers in Latin America to send and receive messages from their colleagues in the United States or access corporate information from any location, the companies said.
Under the deal, TSI will gain access to MobileSys’ business customer pool, and MobileSys will be able to use TSI’s Message Manager technology.
