STOCKHOLM, Sweden-The Finnish Competition Authorities have given the green light for Nokia Networks and TietoEnator to collaborate in developing mobile network products.
Under the arrangement, TietoEnator, which supplies value-added IT services, will enjoy a business unit dedicated to Nokia’s research and development operations.
