BOULDER, Colo.—Software company SandCherry Networks Inc. has released version 2.0 of its flagship SoftServer platform, which allows service providers to offer services including unified messaging, streaming media, speech recognition, text-to-speech, auto attendant and conferencing.
“The difficulty CSPs (communications service providers) have experienced has been the inability to rapidly add these new services to their existing network infrastructure, then manage and bill appropriately for these services,” explained Christian Militeau, vice president of engineering for SandCherry. “The SoftServer 2.0 platform is designed to be a strategic revenue-generating tool by making it easier for CSPs to mass deploy next-generation services and accelerate the creation of new sources of revenue.”
