BEIJING—Qualcomm signed an agreement to allow KT Freetel to launch its Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless (BREW) to end users in South Korea on 1x networks.
Both companies signed the agreement at the PT/Wireless &Networks Comm Beijing 2001 conference this week.
