TAMPA, Fla.—China Unicom signed a contract with Telecommunication Services Inc. to provide CDMA international roaming services, allowing China Unicom customers to roam on a number of CDMA networks across the Asia Pacific region, North America and Latin America.
TSI said it will provide clearinghouse services for roaming revenue settlement and exchange, ANSI-41 signaling interoperability, on-line customer management applications used to track and troubleshoot roamers and SMS routing.
