SAN FRANCISCO—OmniSky Corp. said it is unable to timely file its quarterly report for the third quarter. The company said it is too busy evaluating “various strategic options, including a reorganization, sale or other form of restructuring under the federal bankruptcy code” to file the report.
Until the company is able to file its report, the company’s securities will not be eligible for resale.
The move comes just a week after OmniSky first said it would miss the deadline for filing the quarterly report.
