JACKSON, Miss.—Air2Lan has named Osmo Hautanen, former Nokia Corp. executive, to its board of directors.
“Working with Air2Lan’s board of directors presents an opportunity to apply my knowledge in the fixed-wireless industry in collaboration with other telecom veterans,” said Hautanen of his new appointment.
Hautanen was most recently chief executive officer of Fenix, the holding company for Union Pacific’s technology company portfolio. He has also served as CEO of Forums Communications, and president-America of Phillips Consumer Communications, and spent 18 years in several executive positions at Nokia Corp.
