SAN FRANCISCO—OmniSky Corp. said it received notice from Nasdaq that it is no longer in compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements as a result of the company’s inability to file a 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30.
OmniSky said its stock will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market’s National Market at the opening of business on Dec. 4.
The company provided no further information. Its fate has been in a flux since it announced two weeks ago that it wouldn’t file a quarterly report with the Securities and Exchange Commission and that it was pursuing the potential benefits of a reorganization.
