SkyGo to offer marketing technology to J-Phone

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.—SkyGo Inc. has been chosen to provide Japan Mobile Communications Inc. (J-Mobile) with the wireless marketing technology to deliver advertisements across J-Sky, J-Phone’s mobile Internet service.

J-Mobile, a wireless marketing company formed as a joint venture between J-Phone and Japan’s Internet advertising company cyber communications inc. (cci), has contracted SkyGo to provide its SkyServer and SkyStudio ad serving technologies for the J-Sky Portal and authorized J-Sky Web sites. “The Japanese mobile advertising market is extremely competitive. Major corporations are seeking the most effective and unique solutions to reach consumers,” said Yonosuke Nakagome, president of j-Mobile. “In SkyGo’s SkyServer and SkyStudio, we selected the best-of-breed technology that will enable J-Mobile to offer advertising agencies and advertisers a broad range of premier mobile interactive advertising services.”

SkyServer allows publishers to serve, manage, track and report on targeted mobile marketing campaigns. Meanwhile, SkyStudio assists advertisers without prior programming experience in creating mobile advertisements.
