SAVANNAH, Ga.—H.O. Systems launched its INQUIR.e Knowledge Management Solution which it said is designed to enhance the exchange of information, speed up strategic decision making and maximize competition among next-generation communications companies.
The solution’s tools include Business Intelligence, Billing Analysis, Enterprise Information Management and Communications Management. “We are implementing these knowledge management tools at H.O. Systems and we’re excited to offer this technology to our carrier partners,” said Hart Williford, president of H.O. Systems.
