CHICAGO, United States—Motorola plans to lay off 20 percent of its 600 executives between next week and April as part of ongoing job cuts in the company.
“While our sales have dropped more than 20 percent, our officer level has remained fairly constant,” Motorola said in a statement on the cuts, which will affect positions at or above the vice president level.
