YUBA CITY, Calif.—Prime Companies Inc. announced it is now offering live and passive video streaming as a new service package through its subsidiary NACC-TEL Corp.
“We anticipate a substantial increase this year in the use of ‘video on demand’ over the internet, due to reduced corporate travel budgets, the general heightened concern over air travel risks, and the rapidly increasing awareness of this new media as an alternative method for the dissemination of up-to-date information,” said Norbert J. Lima, chief executive officer of Prime. Lima further explained that “video on demand” (VOD) will allow companies to send fewer employees to industry-specific events, while more can participate remotely. VOD attendees will be able to view sessions they are interested in as well as see exhibits in full detail.
