LONDON—Vodafone Group said it has signed up more than 100 million customers to its networks in 28 countries, underlining its position as the world’s largest wireless operator.
“Vodafone has increased its customer base more than tenfold in the past three years,” said Christopher Gent, chief executive of Vodafone. “This has been achieved both through good sustained organic customer growth and through our successful geographic expansion.”
