LONDON—Logica announced a deal with T-Motion, the mobile online services arm of T-Mobile International, to create a portal to market billable value-added services to customers across Europe.
The system uses Logica’s integrated and customized real-time billing system, which is based on Portal Software’s Intranet billing platform. The new billing system allows T-Mobile subscribers to pick and choose their own tailored applications so they can be purchased together in pre-defined packages.
