SANTA ANA, Calif.—mUrgent Corp. announced a new wireless marketing service that allows customers to receive requested coupons from participating merchants on their mobile phones.
“We fully expect mobile coupons to increase the effectiveness of advertising for merchants, as well as provide a valuable savings to consumers,” said Boris Bugarski, the company’s chief executive officer.
To use the service, merchants pay a setup fee of $2,500 and then 10 to 20 cents per message, depending on volume.
