SANTA CLARA, Calif.—Java giant Sun Microsystems Inc. announced Chinese carrier CSL will be the first in greater China to launch Java-based wireless services.
The carrier will deploy the services through Sun’s provisioning architecture and Mobilitec’s mPower product.
