SAN JOSE, Calif.—UltraRF Inc. announced at the Wireless Systems Design Conference & Expo this week that it has appointed Arrow Electronics Inc. to distribute its RF power semiconductor products in North America.
“Arrow’s established leadership in electronic distribution, coupled with UltraRF’s line of RF power semiconductor products, will help both companies to expand and to strengthen customer relationships and to develop new business opportunities,” said Chris Tubis, UltraRF’s president.
UltraRF is also showcasing its LDMOS technology and a new family of power semiconductor products at the show. Included are its LDMOS-8 RF power device technology; its PFM21020WB RF Power Amplifier Module; and its UltraGOLD Technology.
