ORLANDO, Fla.—Acterna released its AirAudit Call Verification System for GPRS, a product Acterna says is the industry’s first centrally managed, distributed solution for service verification on GPRS networks.
The system performs fully automated, centrally managed test calls, allowing users to verify the switching, routing, enhanced services and billing integrity of the network. It combines a central work station networked over the wireless service provider’s corporate intranet with multiple remote call processors. The central work station, along with AirAudit software, provides full control over the RCPs and allows users to verify all types of subscriber call scenarios across the entire wireless network from one central location.
