DENVER—Radio-paging company Peregrine Inc. announced it will acquire Gotta Go Wireless, a nationwide data messaging and cellular company.
“This is a very significant acquisition for our company, since it enables us to provide a complete stand-alone package of hardware, software and wireless airtime at a substantially reduced rate for our customers, while increasing our profit margins,” said Steve Jacobson, the company’s chief executive officer.
