TOKYO—Intel Corp. unveiled its 1.8 Volt wireless flash memory for cell pones, describing it as up to four times faster than existing flash solutions. It is built on Intel’s 0.13-micron process technology.
“As more data-intensive Internet applications, power flash memory are required, and Intel is leading the charge to produce them,” said Ron Smith, vice president and general manager of Intel’s wireless communications group, at the Intel Developer Forum.
