SAN FRANCISCO—Visage Mobile said it secured the backing of St. Paul Venture Capital Group and Selby Venture Partners in its initial round of venture investment.
The company, which has been in stealth mode since its founding last year, offers a technology and services platform to help companies create mobile virtual network operator relationships with wireless carriers.
