BERWYN, Pa.—Ntelos completed the sale of its personal communications services licenses in Charlottesville and Winchester, Va., to Triton PCS Holdings Inc. for $12 million.
The transaction includes a 10 MHz C-block licenses for the Charlottesville basic trading area, covering approximately 215,000 pops, and a 10 MHz C-block license for the Winchester BTA covering approximately 158,000 pops.
Ntelos said it would continue to own and operate the remaining 20 MHz of spectrum in each market.
