BUENOS AIRES, Argentina—U.K.-based company Logica has just inaugurated its new office for South America in Buenos Aires, with the aim to promote its applications for mobile services.
“Operators are increasingly outsourcing these services because they are very expensive and are not a part of their core business,” said Diego Barbero, Logical business development director for the Southern Cone.
