DENVER—Short message service application provider Cellus announced it is launching its U.S. operations as part of its worldwide expansion strategy.
The company, which operates in countries throughout Europe, is expanding into the United States and Asia. The company said it will work to form partnerships with U.S. carriers, which recently opened their networks to messaging interoperability.
