BOSTON—Canadian wireless operator Microcell Telecommunications Inc. launched SpeechWorks International Inc.’s speech-activated customer service application for its Fido brand wireless service.
The SpeechWorks service is designed to allow customers to automatically update their account address for billing information in either French or English.
