ALBANY, N.Y.—CommSoft announced it will provide Armstrong, an owner and operator of several independent telephone companies, with the CommVergence billing and customer care system for use in a service bureau offering.
The entity, to be called Armstrong Billing Solutions, will include: customer care; billing/payments; rating/call plans; plant inventory; assignment; bill printing; sorting; stuffing; and mailing. Additional software modules are available from CommSoft, including capital credits, carrier access billing, financial and inventory/work order.
