LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Centennial Communications Corp. extended its information services outsourcing contract with Alltel through 2005.
The contract calls for Alltel’s Information Services to continue to provide remote outsourcing of all production operations servicing Centennial Wireless’ customer care, billing, network and electronic billing requirements for its more than 880,000 wireless subscribers in the U.S. and Caribbean.
Financial terms of the three-year extension were not released.
