FREMONT, Calif.-@Road announced it acquired the assets of Blue Wireless Inc., a voice portal and adaptive personalization technologies provider.
Under terms of the agreement, @Road acquired several patent pending technologies, intellectual property and employees for cash consideration. @Road said it does not expect the cost of the acquisition to have a material impact on the company’s financial results.
The acquisition provides @Road with primary technology components needed to develop enhancements to its Voice Solutions voice portal technology. In addition, @Road intends to integrate the acquired adaptive personalization technology into the Voice Solutions service.
@Road provides location-enhanced wireless Internet solutions for mobile resource management.
