CHELMSFORD, Mass.-WaterCove Networks and Telcordia Technologies have teamed to create a CAMEL (Customized Applications for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic) Phase 3 solution that delivers prepaid data services to wireless carriers.
The new solution uses Telcordia’s service creation and real-time charging capabilities and WaterCove’s real-time metering and flow control functionality and patent-pending home-based roaming for GPRS to allow operators to offer and manage a range of data services for prepaid subscribers.
