VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Sierra Wireless has been chosen to provide third-generation embedded wireless modems for Itronix Corp.’s rugged wireless-enabled notebook and handheld computers.
Itronix will integrate the Sierra Wireless SB750A and the SB555A modems into its ruggedized product line, which includes the GoBook, GoBook Max and fex21, as well as several upcoming products. Itronix also signed an open agreement to purchase other Sierra Wireless products in the future.
