PALO ALTO, Calif.-Danger Inc. reported a partnership with T-Mobile USA to develop and sell products based on Danger’s Hiptop platform and services. The deal also calls for T-Mobile to be the first wireless operator to offer the Hiptop-enabled device, named the T-Mobile Sidekick, later this year.
The device combines a fully-featured mobile phone with a number of data communication tools, including an HTML Web browser, e-mail access, instant messaging, personal information management features, games and a digital camera accessory.
