FAIRFAX, Va.-Xybernaut Corp. announced it has received a patent for leaving and retrieving messages and data within a commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) provider network or other networks, including cellular, satellite, two-way radio and spread spectrum microwave.
The device-independent technology, called “Way Point,” is capable of directing messages or information, including voice messages, audio, video, animation, Web sites, documents, text or e-mail, to specific locations designated by the sender.
