PLANO, Texas-MetaSolv Software Inc. announced Codetel will use the MetaSolv Solution and MetaSolv’s Service Analytics product to improve efficiency, customer care and service level agreement management.
“With our current manual process, it takes one to three days to re-enter information for a customer order into our workflow system,” explained Carlos Risi, OSS manager for Codetel. “The MetaSolv Solution will do that step in a matter of minutes, or even a few seconds. The ability to deliver services to our customers with greater speed and accuracy is a top priority.”
