WASHINGTON, D.C.-The Wireless Communications Association announced Dr. Roger B. Marks will deliver a keynote speech at its January 13, 2003, session.
Marks, founder and chairman of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless Access (BWA), will be chairing the group’s first meeting and will speak at a luncheon session open to IEEE 802.16 delegates and those attending WCA’s Ninth Annual Technical Symposium & Business Expo.
