PARIS-Apple Computer Inc. released a new software called Rendezvous, which the company said is a networking technology that can incorporate consumer electronics, printers, enterprise database management and educational applications.
Philips, Canon, Xerox, Sybase and World Book announced support for Rendezvous in current or future products, joining previous Rendezvous adopters Hewlett-Packard, Epson and Lexmark.
