CARY, N.C.-Tower operator SpectraSite Holding Inc. announced several new appointments to its board of directors.
Stephen Clark, chief executive officer and founder of SpectraSite Holding Inc. will serve as chairman of the board; Timothy Blitz, chief operating officer and David Tomick, chief financial officer will also now sit on the board of directors.
The appointments follow the resignations of Lawrence Sorrel, Thomas McInerney, James Matthews, Timothy Donahue, Michael Price and Edgar Reynolds from the board.
