ORLAND PARK, Ill.-As part of its restructuring measures, antenna maker Andrew Corp. said it plans to slash 800 jobs and shut down some of its plants.
“Delayed network buildouts and lowered customer capital spending levels makes further, significant cost cutting necessary,” said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Floyd English. The company has 4,800 employees.
