CINCINNATI-Billing solutions provider Convergys Corp. opened a regional office in Beijing to cater to clients in the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong, and the Republic of Korea.
“We see today’s opening of our Beijing office as a milestone in our international expansion to support our clients globally,” said James Orr, Convergys’ chairman, president and chief executive officer, at the official opening ceremony of the office. “As demand accelerates throughout Asia Pacific for advanced services, our highly scalable and flexible billing products will enable our clients to differentiate their offerings for competitive advantage and build loyal customer relationships for long-term revenue growth.”
Convergys also has offices in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.
