OYSTER BAY, N.Y.-Demand for GaAs power amplifiers has risen owing to aggressive pricing, according to a report by Allied Business Intelligence.
The study also noted that handset designs rely more on power modules, GaAs and Silicon Germanium will battle for dominance in the future, and GaN is gaining ground on LDMOS.
