BANGALORE-Motorola will expand Bharat Sandhar Nigam Ltd.’s (BSNL) cellular network in southern India according to a newly signed deal worth $33 million.
According to their agreement, Motorola will install a GSM network in Chennai and expand the carrier’s existing network in Andhra Pradesh to cover nine cities. The new contract follows a $170 million deal signed earlier this year under which Motorola agreed to set up a GSM network in southern India.
