MURRAY HILL, N.J.-Lucent Technologies Inc. said it has settled a breach-of-contract claim with its former head of North American sales, who said the company’s sales strategy was too aggressive.
Both the company and Nina Aversano said her whistleblower lawsuit has been dismissed, although they did not disclose the settlement terms.
