HAYWARD, Calif.-Wireless enterprise company AvantGo Inc. reported revenues for its fourth quarter of $5.3 million and a net loss of $737,000. In the same quarter last year, the company reported the same amount of revenues but a net loss of $8.2 million.
“Our fourth quarter financial results were within our range of expectations,” said David Pratt, the company’s president and chief executive officer. “Now, we are focusing on continuing to operate our business while preparing for our acquisition by Sybase, which is expected to close on or around the end of February 2003.”
