Marino resigns from SBA

BOCA RATON, Fla.-Tower owner and operator SBA Communications Corp. said its chief financial officer John Marino will resign effective March 31, 2003.

Merino will return to the banking industry, which he served before joining SBA in 1999. While the company searches for a successor, Pam Kline, vice president of capital markets, and Jack Fiedor, vice president and chief accounting officer, will assume his duties.

“John Marino has been very instrumental in helping grow and transition SBA to the company it is today. . The company is very grateful for this efforts and wishes him well in his future endeavors,” said Jeffrey Stoops, chief executive officer and president.
