VIENNA, Austria-Telekom Austria said its mobile subsidiary, Mobilkom Austria, increased its stake in Croatian operator VIPnet from 71 percent to 80 percent.
Mobilkom Austria acquired a 9-percent stake from Croatian publishing company Vecernji List. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Western Wireless International holds 19 percent of VIPnet, and Vecernji List retained a 1-percent share.
