LEDBURY, U.K.-Companies across the industry are investing in mobile music services according to a recent report from BWCS.
“Many of the leading players we spoke to for this report are moving full-steam ahead on a raft of music services,” said report author Peggy Anne Salz. “These will be more than just showstoppers; they will be to mobile what MTV was to television. They will revolutionize mobile entertainment.”
Mobile music services being offered include music news, concert alerts, advice, music recommendations and shopping tips. Companies are also showing interest in combining music with MMS for video music clips.
