WASHINGTON-InPhonic said it will create and provide the Palm Tungsten Activation Service, a self-service customer activation process combining online and call center support for buyers of the new Palm Inc. voice and data handheld, the Palm Tungsten W.
“With this service, consumers can buy the Tungsten W from retailers that do not have an existing relationship with AT&T Wireless or the ability to activate new accounts for customers,” said InPhonic.
