SAN JOSE, Calif.-Sanmina-SCI Corp. and Fujitsu Microelectronics America Inc. have established an alliance to co-market products using Fujitsu’s fingerprint sensor technology.
The technology will focus on mobile devices, wireless systems and other applications, including wireline.
“The alliance ensures customers and prospects for Fujitsu’s biometric sensor technology the best design, development and manufacturing service as they implement a new level of cost-efficient personal security into new generations of products,” said Doug McArthur, FMA’s director of biometric product group.
