OKLAHOMA CITY-Celestica Inc. said it plans to cut 450 jobs as it shuts down its plant here as part of its strategy to cut costs in a soft economy.
Lucent Technologies Inc bought the plant, which will close by late October.
The company has already slashed 6,000 jobs worldwide.
